New Feature: Cycle Through GrayScale Settings

If you have to set the grayscale printing properties for a lot of slides, it can get quite tedious.

The new Cycle Through GrayScale Settings button simply puts this handy feature on a toolbar where it's easy to use quickly and efficiently. Each time you click it, it changes the grayscale setting of the currently selected shape (or shapes).

Better: you can control which settings it cycles through and in what order by editing the PPTools.INI file found in the folder where you installed StarterSet. Open the file with Notepad and look for this:

[Grayscale]
Count=5
Grayscale1=3
Grayscale2=8
Grayscale3=9
Grayscale4=10
Grayscale5=1

The Count= line tells StarterSet how many settings you want to cycle through. For example, to add another setting, you'd change the "5" to "6".

Then you'd add a new "GrayScale6=" line. Here are the values and the grayscale settings they represent:

Automatic (default)1
Grayscale2
Light Grayscale3
Inverse Grayscale4
Gray with White Fill5
Black with Grayscale Fill6
Black with White Fill7
Black8
White9
